Our Mission
A Village That Refuses to Give Up on Its Children
In Grand Bassa County, Liberia, thousands of children — many of them orphaned, most of them girls — grow up without access to a classroom. Poverty, distance, and lack of infrastructure have kept quality education out of reach for the families who need it most.
Janjay Village of Hope was founded on a single belief: that every child, regardless of circumstance, deserves the chance to learn. Today, we are sponsoring students in existing schools while we raise the funds to build our own — a permanent campus designed to serve this community for generations.
Our goal is to open the doors of our new school in time for the 2028 school year. Every dollar donated brings that day closer for a child who has been waiting their whole life for it.
